We take our time to carefully pick, pack and send each order. However, we think it’s important that you receive your order in a timely manner. You can expect your order to arrive in a couple of working days, depending on the shipping country (see list below). You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery times:
We offer 2 delivery options: Home delivery and Pickup Shop.
• Home delivery is straightforward. Our delivery partner DHL will deliver the parcel to your front door. If you are not at home, the courier will retry the delivery one more time. If you missed the second delivery attempt, they will leave a note and drop off your parcel at a nearby pickup shop.
• Pickup Shop delivery means that your parcel will be dropped off at a nearby shop. When you have entered your delivery address during checkout, we will suggest a few nearby pickup shops you can choose from. You will receive an email when the pickup shop received your parcel so you can pick it up anytime you want. If you don’t pick up your parcel within 10 days, your parcel will be returned to us.
Note: Our basketball systems are shipped with Dachser at an additional cost that will be calculated during checkout. Dachser will contact you to make a delivery appointment.
